Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist
You'll design and run A/B tests for 8-12 client sites. Deep dive into user behavior, analytics data, and why people bounce. Build hypotheses, design experiments, interpret results. We need someone who gets that correlation isn't causation and loves the puzzle-solving part.

Pull data, find patterns, tell the story. You'll use GA4, SQL, and whatever tools help you spot what actually matters. Clients need you to translate numbers into "here's what we should change." Comfortable with spreadsheets and slightly obsessive about accuracy.

Build landing pages and test variations. HTML, CSS, JavaScript—you know the basics and want to level up. We'll throw real client projects at you immediately. You'll work alongside designers and optimization folks. Growth-focused environment, not hand-holding.

Keep 6-8 clients happy and informed. Weekly check-ins, explaining test results, managing timelines, flagging when we need to pivot. You're part strategist, part translator. Strong communication required. This is 20 hours weekly—perfect if you want flexibility without abandoning focus.
